I listen to what people need and to what's in their way — then build the experience that overcomes and delivers. The domain changes. The mission doesn't.

About

Complex environments.
Clear delivery.

I bring enterprise product ownership to high-complexity environments where the margin for error is narrow and the stakeholders don't align easily. At Bank of America Merrill, I maintain the Insurance & Annuities product platform — managing a backlog at the intersection of regulatory compliance, advisor experience, and enterprise technology inside a large-scale SAFe Agile framework. Delivering here means translating competing priorities across compliance, legal, distribution, and engineering without formal authority over any of them.

Before financial services, I spent 23 years in the U.S. Navy as an EOD officer, Deep Sea Diver, and Special Operations leader — regularly advancing objectives through coalition forces and interagency organizations where the authority to compel was rarely available and the ability to build alignment was everything. The domain changed when I retired. The discipline didn't. Most product leaders learned stakeholder alignment in conference rooms. I learned it in places where getting it wrong wasn't an option.

I'm a Microsoft Copilot Champion at BofA — one of roughly ten in my band — working to advance AI adoption inside an institution still building the governance infrastructure around it. That work directly informs my DBA research at UF's Warrington College of Business, where I'm studying agentic AI governance in large U.S. financial institutions. I'm not just a PM who understands AI adoption — I understand the organizational friction that slows it, and I know how to work through it.
